The herbal ally you need could be growing in your backyard or a nearby field. How can you discover it? How should you prepare it? What else is growing right under your nose? The answers are safe, cheap, easy, messy, and fun.

Linda Diane Feldt is a holistic-health practitioner, teacher, and author of six print and eBooks and numerous articles. A student of the healing arts since 1973, she has had a full-time private practice in Ann Arbor since 1980 "providing an integrated approach to holistic health care". The 2013-14 series on Herbal Wisdom will be her 20th year offering these free classes to the Ann Arbor area community.

This class is part of the People's Food Co-op "Healthy Living Series".  For further information or to request new classes, contact our Education and Outreach Coordinator Karen Vigmostad at outreach@peoplesfood.coop or 734-994-4589.
